Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 588game ("588game", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 588game.bet. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 588game website, mobile browser interface, gaming services, sportsbook, promotional offers, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating a 588game account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, playing any game, or making any financial transaction through 588game, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 588game Platform.

This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the 588game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between those supplementary documents and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register for and use a 588game account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account or placing bets while under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register as account holders.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to 588game is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 588game or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of such an individual, unless express written permission has been granted by 588game management.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement in place on your 588game account or through any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not have had a prior 588game account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by 588game for any breach of this Agreement or applicable policies.

588game reserves the right to carry out identity and eligibility verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and following any period of elevated activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 588game may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 588game Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where 588game identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identity document, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 588game login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be attributed to you and you will bear full responsibility for all bets placed, transactions made, and any losses incurred.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 588game support immediately via live chat. 588game will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, 588game accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to 588game accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 588game supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash Deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as published on the 588game cashier page. These limits are subject to change at 588game's discretion without prior notice.

By depositing funds into your 588game account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. 588game will not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts belonging to persons other than the registered account holder.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 588game targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 business hours, though actual transfer times depend on the receiving financial institution and may vary. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering controls.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 588game offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all 588game Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. New player welcome bonuses are available on a one-per-household, one-per-device, and one-per-payment-method basis.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (e.g., live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate). Game contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the account. The standard expiry period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise specified.
• 588game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any 588game Promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated play, or coordinated wagering strategies — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and potential account closure.

06 Gameplay Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on the 588game Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In placing any bet or participating in any game on 588game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to this Agreement.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 588game does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• All game outcomes on the 588game casino are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual play sessions.
• In sports betting, 588game reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published in error, where a material event affecting the outcome occurred prior to bet acceptance without our knowledge, or where the integrity of the market is in question.
• Live betting markets close automatically at defined trigger points within each event. Any bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market, as displayed at the point of wagering. 588game reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by 588game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting market outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using 588game for any money laundering activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the 588game Platform, its source code, or its proprietary content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 588game staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

588game is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. We recognise that gambling, while an entertainment activity for most, can become harmful for some individuals. 588game provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive an alert when your limit is approaching and the session will close automatically when reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net balance movement during that session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 588game. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 588game Platform — including but not limited to the 588game brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 588game or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 588game Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the 588game Platform without prior written consent from 588game.

Any unauthorised use of 588game intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588game, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 588game Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 588game's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, promotional terms, or any other content.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network infrastructure failures, or other events outside 588game's control.

Where 588game is found to be directly liable for damages, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 588game account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by You: You may close your 588game account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 588game will require completion of any pending KYC verification and settlement of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following successful verification.

Termination by 588game: 588game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any supplementary 588game policy.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or instruction from a recognised responsible gaming authority.
• Any other circumstance where 588game determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued account operation presents a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon termination for cause, 588game reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances deposited from legitimate sources may be returned at 588game's discretion following investigation, subject to applicable AML hold periods.

12 Amendments to These Terms

588game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 588game will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform homepage, an email notification to the address registered on your account, or an in-account notification visible upon your next login.

Your continued use of the 588game Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 588game holds its international gaming licence. The application of any conflicting local laws is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

In the event of a dispute between you and 588game, you agree to first contact 588game support and attempt to resolve the matter amicably through our internal complaints procedure. 588game will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified under 588game's gaming licence conditions. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.
